Urban Developer site tour

This week, as part of The Urban Developer’s annual Urbanity conference, we hosted an industry site tour and presentation at our master planned community on the northern Gold Coast.

Since the project’s launch in 2020, Keylin together with our JV partner Kinstone Group, have released three sold-out communities – Serenity Waters, Serenity Green, and Serenity Reserve. Serenity Green is approaching completion and we were very pleased to be able to showcase the progress on this special townhome development.
