Keylin, together with our JV partner Kinstone Group, is delighted to announce that settlements have commenced within Stage 1 of Serenity Green, the first medium-density development within our Serenity 4212 master planned community on the northern Gold Coast.
This milestone is particularly significant given the challenges our industry has faced with COVID, inclement weather, and supply chain disruptions. For our buyers, the settlement of these first 24 homes is extra special as Christmas approaches and the feedback we’ve received throughout the pre-settlement inspections has been wonderful.
