Thank you to our clients, partners, and team members for sharing another significant year with us. Through a challenging operating environment, we have continued to make progress on flagship projects like Serenity 4212, including winning the UDIA Queensland Awards for Excellence for Serenity Green in the boutique development category. Our work on build to rent projects like Wembley have established strong foundations for continued growth in this space, and we are excited to discover new opportunities in 2024.
