Keylin has received Development Approval and appointed its civil contractor for a new land subdivision at Chambers Flat.
Shadforth has commenced construction of the 66-lot development, located on a 5.48-hectare infill site at Andrews Court in the Logan growth corridor, south of Brisbane. With an average lot size of 500sqm, the development will inject much-needed housing supply and diversity to the market.
